Every 2 years, we will send a licenced, fully-trained electrician to perform an Electrical Safety & Compliance check on your properties.
Smoke Alarm
Testing Service
All rental properties now require an annual smoke alarm safety service, which our team will perform for all your properties.
Scheduled Gas Safety & Compliance Check (COMING SOON)
Our team of qualified gas fitters will perform a 2-yearly Gas Safety & Compliance check and carbon monoxide test on all gas appliances on your properties.
